Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE BUY

1. Orders processed from Hong Kong within 72 hours of payment verification.
Because post office pick up all our packages, you need to wait a while to get tracking number,
because we're waiting for a reply from post office.
In some cases may shipped with no tracking.
However please note that you have to sign upon delivery.
Your local Post office will let you know about delivery date.

2. We accept PayPal only. We only ship to PAYPAL addresses.
Your PAYPAL address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
Any special request cannot be accepted after 1 hour of payment.

3. TRANSIT TIMES are provided by the carriers and excludes weekends and holidays.
Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
Unfortunately after dispatch, transit time is out of our control.. sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's slow.
The standard delivery time to worldwide usually takes 9-25 working days.
We will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

4. For Canada, Australia, United Kingdom orders may need a few more days for delivery.
Please be patient.

5. If the item is defect when you receive it or you are not satisfied with it, please return it within 30 days for a replacement or money back.
Please contact us for an RMA and return address before you return it.
